    Tour Highlights: 11 days of attendance the ancient tradition of Hunting with Golden Eagles.
    •This annual Golden Eagle Hunting Festival is celebrated in the Far Western province of Mongolia - Bayan Olgii.
    •The Kazakh Eagle Festival is held in Bayan Olgii in the Far Wild West of Mongolia at the start of October, every year.
    •This is a Land of Kazakh people with Golden Eagles with snow capped mountains, glacial valleys, forests, and beautiful lakes and rivers create a majestic setting. An unique Festival, where the hunters and their eagles will show the skills of hunters and the birds. We will acquaintance with local tradition of Kazakh people and equipment with Golden Eagles, a traditional form of Kazakh falconry. Hunting foxes and rabbits by trained eagles.

    Itinerary
    •The Main Schedule day-by-day•
    Day 1
    ULAANBAATAR, (D)
    Upon your arrival in Ulaanbaatar (UB) city, you are welcomed and are transferred to your hotel in the heart of the city!. Today is spent on a guided city tour of Ulaanbataar, highlights include Sukhbataar Main Square, the "Chinggis or Genghis" Khan's Central monument, the National History Museum where you will see artefacts from Mongolia from the Stone Age to the present, and displays of the development of Mongolian arts and culture. Visit the Modern Art Gallery of Mongolia-this Gallery has established a database on Mongolian artists, painters, which is updated regularly. It focuses on modern and contemporary works from the beginning of the 20th century to the present. Time table: Summer: 10.00am-18.00 daily. Have a welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Bayangol hotel 4 or similar.
    Day 2

    FLIGHT ULAANBAATAR-KHOVD OR ULAANBAATAR-ULGII , (B,L,D)
    After an early breakfast in the hotel you will be transferred to the airport for the early morning flight to Khovd at 05:30am. The flight will take over three hours and you will have one stop on the way for re-fuelling. On arrival we will be met by our local drivers and vehicles and drive to camp. Free time and rest. Overnight will be in Mongolian gers that are round shaped felt dwelling that nomadic people live in.

    Day 3 KHOVD-BAYAN ULGII, (B,L,D)
    Drive to Bayan-Ulgii town (220 km). On the way, we will see the large Tsambagarav mountain with eternal snow on the border of Khovd aimag and Bayan-Ulgii aimag, it's elevation is 4195 meters above sea level. Interesting information on Men of Snow living on the mountain was published in the magazine Science and Life in 1991. Also, we will see the Tolbo lake Nuur is a lake of 185 km2 whose surface is at 2080 meters above see level. The lake water is crystal clear and fresh. Further drive through the glacial moraine. There are opportunities to visit nomads with eagles-hunters and falcons - Monument to Hasbaatar, national hero of Mongolia, who was fighting against foreign and Mongolian feudalistic for the freedom of Mongolian people. Arrive in Bayan-Ulgii city. Bayan-Ulgii province is "Mongolia's Root of the World", a remote land of high mountains, even glaciers, steep slopes and rushing torrents. Overnight at local hotel.
    Day 4

    ALTAI TAVAN BOGD NATIONAL PARK, (B,L,D)
    Drive to Altai Tavan Bogd National Park (200 km). This Park includes very high peaks, with eternal snow and glaciers in the Far West of Mongolia. The highest point is the peak of Khuiten Uul on the mountain of Altai Tavan Bogd, reaching 4374 meters above see level. Arrive at the base camp place (further is not allowed to drive by car). Altai Tavan Bogd mountains are the State protected place and also a place of border zone. Establish your tents and enjoy the beautiful scenery nearby a mountain stream. Camp fire. Overnight in tents or in local gers.

    Day 5

    KHOTON NUUR IN ALTAI TAVAN BOGD NATIONAL PARK, (B,L,D)
    Afterward, drive to see Khoton Nuur in Altai Tavan Bogd National Park and visit to local horse herder family. Today we will spend the day with nomadic families of the Kazakh ethnic group experiencing their unique culture. Although their nomadic lifestyle is very similar to that of the Mongols there are some key difference. Firstly, the Kazakh people are Muslim and follow the religious traditions and customs of Islam. They are Kazakh-speaking and their gers, or yurts, are sightly larger and much more ornately decorated than their Mongolian brothers and sisters. The Kazakh women produce some astonishingly beautiful appliqué, stitching and rug making out of crude cloth and felt. The floors and walls of their gers are strewn with these beautiful handicrafts. Many of the Kazakh men pride themselves with their great skill in hunting with Eagles. These massive eagles are often caught at a very young age and trained to hunt small prey in the winter months. Optional Horseback riding to the Kazakh people. Overnight in tents or in Mongolian gers .

    Day 6 ULGII TOWN, (B,L)
    Drive back to Ulgii town. Overnight at local hotel.
    Day 7
    EAGLE HUNTIG FESTIVAL,(B,L,D)
    Breakfast. In the Morning, depart to the Opening Ceremony of the Eagle Hunting Festival. Over 50 Eagle Hunters will participate in the festival - your interest and participation help ensure this practice will remain a part of Kazakh culture In the evening, see a Kazakh National concert of dance and traditional song. Next days depart drive to join the eagle hunters (500m) in the mountain. Watching around the Yellow Lake. Accommodation in Gers Tourist Camp. This Gers are the traditional felt tents of nomadic herders and you will share life experience with the Mongols and Kazakh people.
    Day 8
    EAGLE HUNTING FESTIVAL, (B,L,D)
    Drive to join the eagle hunters in the mountain. In the evening, visit the Kazakh families to see and participate in some traditional Kazakh games, a dating game played on horseback and kokpar, a wild game played on horseback with a goatskin. Accommodation in Ger Tourist Camp or in Kazakh family.
    Day 9
    FLIGHT BACK TO ULAANBAATAR, (B,L)
    Transfer to the local airport. Flight back to UB city
    . Arrive, meet and transfer to the hotel. Free time at hotel. Overnight at Bayangol hotel, 4 or similar.
    Day 10
    ULAANBAATAAR, (B,L,D)
    Today, City tour of Ulaanbataar, highlights include Gandan monaster
    y, the buddhism ceremony, Bogd Khan Winter Palace (residence of the last Khaan of Mongolia), the war memorial Zaisan Hill, the statue of Buddha and the Zanabazar Fine Art museum. Have lunch at the local restaurant. Visits the State Department Store, the Art Shop and Gobi Cashmere House. Farewell dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Bayangol hotel,4 or similar.
    Day 11 DEPARTURE MONGOLIA OR POST TOUR (B)
    Breakfast. Departure from Ulaan Bataar to your country destination. Transfer from the hotel to Ulaan Bataar airport (B)...Book Now!
