to visit the highlights of Sichuan: visit
the Giant Panda research center, and learn
about the culture that existed in the area
of Chengdu between 2,800 to 800 BC. Visit
the western part of Sichuan Province and the
region of Tibetan habitants.

Landscape of low altitude glaciers; grassland.
Route: Most are asphaltum, a small part of
mud road.

 Day 1
|
Chengdu
Fly to Chengdu. Transfer. Visit Dufu Thatched
Cottage, Marquis Wu Shrine, the View- river
Pavilion. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2
|
Chengdu + Dujiangyan (65km) + Wolong (100km),
B+L+D
Drive to Dujiangyan, known as irrigation project
2000 years ago, which was listed in UNESCO's human
heritage and made Chengdu become a "Heavenly State".
Continue to Wolong nature Reserve, the largest
panda research and breeding center in China. Overnight
at hotel. In the morning, drive to Chengde. On
the way, visit the Jinshanling area of the Great
Wall, one of the most spectacular and least visited.
On arrival at Chengde, visit the "Mountain Resort"-the
summer residence of the Qing Emperors. Overnight
at hotel.

Day 3
|
Wolong
+ Rilong + Four-Lady- Mountain, B+L+D
On the way to Four-Lady-Mountain, you will see
the famous high-altitude grassland on Balang Mountain.
All the beautiful wild flowers will spread out
all mountains after May every year. Upon arrive
at the foot of Four-Lady-Mountain, you can ride
the horse into Changping Valley, the place which
is called "Oriental Alps" for its primitive, modest,
calm and mysterious atmosphere. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4
|
Four-Lady-Mountains+ Danba (120 km 3h driving), B+L+D
Drive to Danba, a Tibetan habitant region which
is famous for beautiful ladies and Tibetan mansions
called "Oriental Castle". Overnight at hotel.

Day 5
|
Danba+ Grassland Tagong (130 km), B+L+D
Drive to Tagong Grassland which altitude is 3750
meters and covers an area of 710 square kilometers.
In Tibetan, "Tagong" means "The favorite place
of Goddess". On the way you can enjoy the most
beautiful scenery and gangs of cattle and sheep.
The rest day is to visit Tagong Monastery, the
most important Lamasery with a history over 300
years. Overnight in yurt.

Day 6
|
Grassland
Tagong + Xinduqiao + Kangding + Mugecuo + Kangding,
B+L+D
Drive to Xinduqiao, renowned as "paradise for
photographers". Then continue driving to Kangding,
the capital of Ganzi. On the way to Kangding,
you will pass through Zheduo Mountain (4300 meters
altitude) and then excursion to Mugecuo, where
is the largest lake in Sichuan Province. Overnight
at hotel.

Day 7
|
Kangding
+ Luding (50km) + Emeishan (300km), B+L+D
Start to visit Luding Bridge which was the most
important significant place on the road of Long
March of Red Army. After excursion, drive to one
of the four famous Buddhist mountains - Emeishan.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 8
|
Mt. Emeishan + Mt. Leshan, B+L+D
Cable car up to Mt. Emeishan, visit Huazang Temple
and then drive to Mt. Leshan. Overnight at hotel.

Day 9
|
Mt.
Leshan + Dazu, B+L+D
Visit Leshan Giant Buddha which is 71 meters tall
and is regarded as the biggest stone Buddha in
the world. Then continue to transfer to Dazu.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 10
|
Dazu
+ Chongqing, B+L+D
The highlight today in Dazu is to enjoy the
most exquisite stone sculpture at Baoding Hill
and North Hill. Continue drive to Chongqing
where you can enjoy the beautiful night view.
Overnight at hotel.

Departure
Chongqing, (B)
Breakfast. Transfer to airport for departure flight.
